How to use the scorecard

1. Choose a sample of your team’s writing. It could be an email, report, proposal, or piece of content.

2. Work through the 15 questions. Ask: “Does this describe how our team writes most of the time?”

3. Give one point for every ‘yes’. It isn’t about getting full marks, it’s about spotting where you can improve.
